TUITION POLICY

Tuition for the 2012-2013 school year is $13,500 and $16,000 for the Aquinas Program.  This includes a $400 non-refundable prepaid tuition deposit that was paid at acceptance or re-registration.  Student fees of $395 for seniors and $125 for all other students are added to the tuition bill and paid according to the chosen billing option.

In accordance with the TMS (Tuition Management System) enrollment contract and the School’s re-registration process, the payer on the student’s account is responsible for all tuition and fees for the entire 2013-2014 school year.  Should a student withdraw from Archbishop Spalding High School, that commitment remains unchanged.  No tuition refunds will be provided for students not completing the academic year.

Tuition payments should be sent to Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  Tuition payments with a TMS stub are to be sent to Tuition Management Systems, PO Box 94634, Cleveland, OH 44101.  Payments without the TMS bill stub must be mailed to Tuition Management Systems, P.O. Box 713263, Cincinnati, OH 45271-3263.  There is a $30 fee for all returned checks and a $40 fee for payments posted after the 5th of the month.

All students must be enrolled in the TMS plan.  Parents may elect to pay tuition monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.  All payment and billing inquiries should be directed to TMS at (800) 722-4867.  The unpaid balance may be paid in full at any time.

Students will not be permitted to take mid-term or final exams unless all financial obligations to ASHS are met.  Payments made after April 1st must be made by cash, money order, or cashier’s check and paid directly to the school.
