Archbishop Spalding’s curriculum prepares graduates for entry into the most rigorous college programs.
College Preparatory, Honors, and Advanced Placement programs are available in all disciplines for accelerated and gifted students.
Credits:
A total of 27 credits are required for graduation. (See table below.)
Grading:
The year is divided into four marking periods.
Report cards are issued at the end of each period.
The lowest passing grade is 65%.
In addition to the requirements below, students need:
successful completion of CPR, attendance at Senior Retreat, and 45 hours of Community Service

Honor Roll Criteria
The Honor Roll has changed in accordance with our new grading scale. Honor Roll is awarded on a quarterly basis.
The Honor Roll at ASHS consists of three categories:

Minimum 94% non-weighted GPA, no grade lower than 92% |
| First Honor Roll |
Minimum 90% non-weighted GPA, no grade lower than 87% |
| Second Honor Roll |
Minimum 88% non-weighted GPA, no grade lower than 83% |
