Physical Education
Physical education and health education develop an awareness of, as well as positive attitudes toward healthy lifetime experiences. In fitness courses students will be introduced to and allowed to develop basic skills in a variety of individual, dual and team sports that contribute to overall fitness. Health education is designed to acquaint students with topics of global concern in relation to selected health issues and personal well being.
