Financial Assistance
Decisions to invite an applicant to attend Archbishop Spalding High School are distinct from, and do not take into account the financial situation of an applicant. Families requesting financial assistance (re)apply each year. Applications must be submitted to the School Scholarship Service of Princeton, NJ no later than January 7, 2011 for the 2011-2012 academic year. Applications are submitted electronically (after November 1st) at sss.nais.org
Financial need is viewed as "the difference between a family's resources and the child's total educational expenses." The following are taken into consideration: income, assets, number of dependents, number of children enrolled in tuition schools as well as any unusual expenses. A fee is charged by S.S.S. to process an application. All paperwork and forms, including Income Tax forms, are sent to NAIS - P.O. Box 449, Randolph, MA. 02368-0449. NO forms are sent to Archbishop Spalding.
New applications are submitted in each year of attendance.
