2007 Alumni Events
The Graduate Mother's Association (GMA) is a group of "former" Spalding mothers who have a desire to maintain contact with others, as well as the school, after their children have graduated. The GMA will hold a Wine and Cheese Social for Senior Mother's on Thursday, May 29, 2008. If you would like more information please send an email to: ashsgma@gmail.com. This year's Alumni Lacrosse Game is on Saturday, May 31, 2008 on Archbishop Spalding's Stadium Field. Registration and warm-ups will start at 5:00 p.m. and the game will start at 6:00 p.m. The cost is $15 per person which includes a free reversible jersey for you to keep! After the game we will head to Hella's to recover with friends and drink specials for all alumni (must be over 21). The first round of drinks will be picked up by our sponsor, John E. The Lt. James H. Love Memorial Golf Tournament is on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at Queenstown Harbor Golf Course. Golfer registration and check-in will start at 9:00 a.m. and the game will start at 10:00 a.m. Lunch and Dinner will be catered by Adam's Ribs. Brochures for sponsorships and player information will be available in April. Your support benefits a Spalding student through a scholarship awarded in memory of Jamie Love. Back by popular demand! The Alumni Basketball Game was such a hit last year, we are doing it again this year! Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 14th at 6:00 p.m. Rudy Gay and fellow Spalding All-Star basketball players will be back for another exciting game! This year we will also combine the Athletic Hall of Fame with this event. Nominations are now being collected for the Athletic Hall of Fame. The deadline has been extended to May 1, 2008.
