Financial Aid Packets are available in the Admissions Office or online. In order to be considered for Financial Aid all paperwork must be submitted by Friday, January 5, 2007. Please make copies for your own records just in case the applications get lost in the mail. Thank you for your attention!
TUITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS HELPFUL HINTS
Monthly Bill:
- Remember to mail at least 7 business days BEFORE your due date to make sure payment arrives on time
- Tear off remittance slip and write account number on check or money order to make sure proper account is credited
- Read message section on your bill to see any important information from your school noted there
- If your are using Bill Pay from your bank you still must allow 7-10 business days for credit to your account. Bill pay processes the same way as your paper check and is NOT immediate payment. (Also if using on-line banking make sure to use full account number e.g. 800123456-02 to insure money is credited to proper academic year)
Service Charges (Late Fees and Bounced Checks):
- Any payment that does not arrive at TMS by your due date is considered late and will receive a $30 late fee
- Late fees must be paid in order for your account to remain current. If a late fee is not paid the account will become delinquent and the next month another late fee will be added. So it is important to pay the entire amount listed under Pay This Amount on your bill each month. To avoid accumulating late fees make sure payment arrives on time OR call our Customer Care Center 800-722-4867 to make payment arrangements.
- All bounced checks and insufficient funds for automatic withdrawal payments will receive a $25 service fee. A letter is mailed to you as soon as the bank notifies TMS that your account is overdrawn. Please use the remittance device at the bottom of that letter to make your payment or call our Customer Care Center to resolve the problem.
