The Archbishop Spalding Softball Camp is an opportunity for young players to improve and develop skills in a positive, fun environment without the pressure of competitive team play. This camp will stress the basic fundamentals of becoming a better softball player, as well as athleticism, sportsmanship, leadership, and citizenship. The goal of this camp is to focus on the fundamentals of the game, while incorporating fun challenges for the players! A typical day at camp includes instruction in fielding, throwing, hitting, base running, sliding, position play and pitching. Campers will participate each day in activities that promote skill sets while learning with a purpose.
